<p>Signed up for the free 14 day trial, downloaded launcher, ran launcher, appeared to be downloading, reached 34% and gave error message: </p><p>An error occurred communicating with the system. 1004</p><p>Error Code: 1004</p><p>Reinstalled launcher, tried again, only got to 1% and received the same error message. Any suggestions? Thanks!</p>

<p>it sounds like you need to open a port up or change the firewall settings to allow the launcher to download what it needs <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>It must have been the firewall, but now that I've made the necessary adjustments it got to 94% and gave me the same error, but this time the code number was 1002! Arg!</p>
