It's annoying that my fighter pet will cast an AOE amidst a room of all grey while fighting a single green quest mob and pull the entire room. Is there anyway for me to stop the pet from casting AOE spells?

Hmm, I could be wrong but your pet shouldn't be casting any AoE other then target encounter. The only AoE I know of is one you get and you have to CLICK for it to use. Possess your pet and take a look at its abilities. If you are fighting a mob and getting adds, they might be social. Don't think it matters if they are grey or not. I rarely use tank, mainly tank with mage pet.

Ahhh... I bet it is the Knockback AA ability that I do indeed click for me pet to perform. It never even occured to me that it could be the cause.
