Issue with activating Sentinel's Fate expansion

<p>I recently got Sentinel's Fate and installed it on my computer, but when I try to put the code it this message pops up.</p><p>"You are unable to consume this Activation Code due to the status of your account. Please contact Technical Support."</p><p>I went to Technical Support and couldn't find much there that would help me get the expansion activated for me. I don't know if there's something wrong with my account or if it's just messing up over and over. What should I do?</p>

<p>Retail Version?? Are you using the correct activation code; The on on the front of the "Quick Start Guide". Not the other one on the back of the "play with a friend" card; that one's for a friend...</p>
