Alternate Appearance Crash

<p>Hey Everyone,</p><p>I am using the streaming client, I allowed the 12 GB's to download and all. However, I am experiencing a problem with alternate appearance. When I click the button on the main screen, the game crashes saying there was an error. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this.</p><p>I am using:</p><p>Windows 7 64-bit</p><p>2 GB Ram</p><p>Nvidia GeForce 9400M</p><p>Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz</p><p>Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?</p><p>Also, I am using a trial accoutn right now, but if I wanted to reactivate my old account, can I continue to use the streaming client? Since I have all the data downloaded, the whole 12 GB, is it the same as if I installed using my dvd's?</p><p>Thanks again.</p>

<p>The only thing that I can think of is that you have not installed all the extra's under the preference tab...</p>
