I believe this would be the correct support forum to post this in. I noticed that with the new druid ring event, the druid ring in Stonebrunt has no art for me. We finished it on AB, and it is invisable now. The house item from the Stonebrunt merchant is also invisable. Others say they can still see it, which makes me believe it may be something with my account. It doesn't seem to be missing a file if it scans, so not sure what else to try.

Any suggestions of how to make it show up? Not sure if its client side, or if is a server bug where some people aren't able to see it.

Not sure how to do it on any launcher but the current full download launchpad

1. Games

2. Game Preferences

3. Everquest 2 - check boxes aer near the top

4. run full scan

If you are using the original patcher or the streaming patcher then you will need to dig around in the options to find that

I did a full scan using the launcher, it didn't find anything missing or corrupted. So it seems I have a file in place that is the same size, but it just contains nothing. I can't find anything in my directory that would match what the file may be.

Full launcher is friom here - http://launcher.station.sony.com/

You can try clearing the

assetcache

logincache

logincache-us

if that fails and you feel rambunctious rename the paks directory and let it download a whole new copy

I am using the station launcher, that allows you to launch any of SOEs games.

I'll try clearing the assetcache and such and see if that helps.

**Edit**

I deleted assetcache and logincache, and the rings are still missing. With the Pak folder be around 10g, I don't think I'll mess with changing it just to get the one ring back. I'll just hope the file gets updated at some point and has to redownload.

**Edit-2**

I found the problem. I am not missing any art. If I user shader3, the druid rings are invisable. If I go back to shader1, I can see them. So it is a shader3 problem.
