Odyssey and New Halas

<p>So recently I moved my Templar to New Halas, did the citizen quest and bought a new house there. So last night I needed to pop back there and figured I would use odyssey. So I cast the spell and nothing happened, at first I thought I may have hit the keyboard and stopped the spell, so I cast it again with the same results. I then looked at my chat windows to see what was going on (Yes I had odyssey stones, I carry 3 stacks with me at all times just incase I suddenly have to odyssey a bunch of people ~ Dont judge me <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /> ) and saw a message that said "You may not use this ability unless you are a citizen". So, I am not saying I might have missed a step somewhere along the way to become a citizen but is anyone else having this issue or is this an odd bug with the game?</p>

I really think that a lot of newer players have no clue what they are or do if they dont play a templer now.</p>
