Guild leader quit and no one is leader!

<p>I'd expect they'd handle it the same way they do if a leader is inactive long enough.</p><p>In response to a petition, the GM will initiate a voting process, wherein each account in the guild gets 1 vote.  After about a week, the person with the most votes becomes the new guild leader.</p>
