Blue adorns work in PVE?

<p>Just curious before I spend some BG tokens on them, do the blue adorns raise stats for only PVP play, or also for PVE play?</p>

<p>i think the only one that is PvP only, is the crit mit one and its marked.</p><p>all the others i believe are regular adorns</p>
