<p>When it applies to both, it *usually* says so.  For example, the Sentinel's Fate AA, Chilling Winds.</p><p>Of course, there are exceptions.  The Shadows / Shaman AA Spiritual Storm.  Last I checked, it did affect both CA and Spell, but only specifically said it affected spells.</p><p>Consistency is not exactly one of SOE's strong points.</p>
