Who broke Test?

<p>Come on, fess up! <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I was running around Kelethin doing the citizenship change quest (decided to see how it'd changed) and was kicked to character select... with my Test character missing. My Test_Copy ones were there though.</p><p>Now I see the server is locked... any ETA on when it'll be live and kicking again?</p>
