<p>Whenever I cast a spell it takes much longer than it should. There is sometimes a delay starting, but I'm mainly talking about the casting progress bar completing slowly. Even when I'm solo and have spell cast speed up above 100% I still have the issue. The strange thing is that sometimes when grouped i don't have a problem at all and it seems to cast at good speed, but I'm not sure if that's only when I have UT cast on me. When looking at ACT I can see that others are landing many more hits than me which as an Illusionist they shouldn't be doing. I can do double the dps when everything is running as it should and so it's a big problem.</p><p>My Main is an Illusionist and so it's really noticable but I have the same problem with other characters as well. I've only recently returned and have a new computer since I last played but it's not too shabby. I have a Q6600 running at 2.4ghz with 4GB RAM, a 1GB nVidia GTS250 graphics card and running XP Pro.</p><p>I've tried running at low and high performance settings, usually get 40+fps and have tried both with Profit and the default UI. All I have running in the background is McAfee Anti-Virus but I'm loathe to turn that off. Ping rate looks good, crafting response buttons seem to react quickly, it's just that [Removed for Content] progress bar going so slow.</p><p>So, any idea's? I#d appreciate any advice.</p>
