Certain new PvP effect changes to CAs and spells bugged in PvE?

<p>I'm just wondering if Berserker's Battle Frenzy is the only ability that was suppose to be only a PvP change but also effected the PvE. As of last night even in PvE Battle Frenzy only has 10 triggers, any other classes having a similar issue since the update?</p><p>Also was this change intended to the PvE mechanics of the ability or is it an unintended change?</p>
