Can't see the new travel bells, can only travel to zones from guild hall

<p>My friend cannot see any of the new style travel bells on the docks.  He also cannot see the new style travel bells in the guild hall.  The only bell he can use to travel to zones is the old style one in the guild hall.  He also cannot see the barrels on the newbie island in halas.  The barrels that you are supposed to spray the crustose repellant on. </p><p>Any ideas on what he can do to fix this?</p>

<p>Has he totally updated?  Everything?  Also if he is using a custom UI, that may exklain the bells.  I had to update mine to be able to see them.</p>

<p>He is using the default ui.  The streaming client doesn't seem to be streaming now. </p>

<p>In my case, I can only see one of the bells in Queynos with one character.</p><p>I cannot see the barrels like you said, nor any ground harvesting nodes with my new Halas barbarian, but I can see harvesting nodes with other characters. </p><p>I cannot see the magic carpets nor any neriak bells with the character that can see harvesting nodes in darklight forest.</p><p>This is a serious issue to be able to play the game.</p>

If you are using the streaming client they may still be coming down. If you are using the regualr client force a full file scan</p>
