Unable to create a item link from icon window

<p>As of today's patch for some reason, I can no longer create an item link in chat by clicking on the icon in the item's information window.</p><p>Is there any way I can fix this myself like something in an xml file?</p>

<p>The way I was able to make this work is to drag the icon to the chat line.  Clicking no longer worked for me either.</p>
