Teleport bug in Gears

<p>Joust now makes SK's drop the relic as intended. However once you Joust and drop the relic, the relic still damages you like you are carrying it.</p><p>it appears other teleport abilities do the same thing.</p>

<p>Call it "working as intended" -- it balances out the SK's in PVP.. :p</p><p>(in all seriousness, bad bug, fix it..)</p>
