since I'm using a laptop, i cannot replace my graphics card, does that mean I cannot play this game? or is it just that I have to turn it to the "High performance" setting?

Some laptops come with dedicated video chipsetrs by ATI or Nvidia - these can probably run the game but depending on the configuration no idea what performance level

It also comes in multiple configurations depending on what manufacturer of the laptop paid intel for depends on what enhancements are kept inthe chipset.

All in all it is a poor choice for a gaming video chipset. While it may work it will be badly perfomance challenged
