When does this go live?

THey do owe us a courtesy of a timely announcement -- not a last minute post before they leave the office.</p>

OR do they plan to update it while the fix is going on - a practice they have been known to do.</p>

They are always telling us to check the server status page and yet they can't be bothered to update it with date, start time and length of downtime. I am sorry I find the failure to do this inexcusable.</p>
