<p>i just installed the 14 day trial, and after the launcher runs the update and everything, and it has the "Play" button, it will start loading and then i'll get an error that says "EQ2 Client Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience." and then goes on to the "Please tell Microsoft about this problem, send or don't send" Any suggestions on how to fix?</p>
