Bug: AA's not affecting Reaver after fix

<p>The SK AA's Legionnaire's Mercy is not affecting Reaver anymore at all after the fix you guys put in.  From what I understood there was a cap put on it?  That would be the logical solution to that issue or was it changed so nothing at all can change it....not even aa?</p><p>Max with adorn on Live currently : 4.0</p><p>Max on test with adorn: 3.1</p><p>Also the healing increase by 10% of strength on Legionnaire's Mercy (with max points) does not affect ANY heals on the SK.  Nothing at all</p>

<p>they didn't do a very good job on how they implemented this way of doing it for percentage based things, so they changed how your thing works to act as ability mod... so doesn't work at all now, this also happened to the fury and mystic mythicals.  </p><p>welcome to the easy solution.</p>
