Inability to access profiles

<p>Just noticed a few hours ago that I can no longer access the character profiles, including my own.  I get the</p><p>"The page you are trying to reach no longer exists or an unexpected error occured while loading the page. Please try visiting the <a href="http://www.everquest2.com/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0066cc;"><em>EverQuest® II</em> homepage</span></span></a> or refreshing the page.</p><p>If this Issue Persists, please <a href="http://www.station.sony.com/en/support/supportTopics.vm?category=PC&id=002"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #800080;">contact customer support</span></span></a>."</p><p>I never had this problem before.  Anyone else having this problem?  Is this a temporary database outage?</p>

<p>I can get to my characters from the drop down at the top of the page.  However, the alt strip at the bottom of the page sometimes takes me to my alt and sometimes takes me to a page unrelated to my toons.</p>

<p>it appears that if the server has a space in the name, you fails to load/find the character.  I can access mine on Perma and Crushbone, but not Antonia Bayle</p>

I notice when you choose someone it gives a link like this <a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/Antonia%20Bayle/Jeminot/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/...0Bayle/Jeminot/</a> Which comes up as invalid. However if you access via a number it works.
