Burst Effect Damage

<p>On the Charm of the Lost, it says it increases burst effect damage by 33%.  What the heck is burst effect damage?  I cant find anything in the forums about it and noone in game seems to know lol.  Please help!</p>

Could be the damage that Monks and Bruiser do maybe. Just an guess

<p>Are you talking about an item with <em><strong>mutagenic burst</strong></em> (damage proc) on it?<img src="http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/examine/-774841730" width="280" height="435" />Putting on 2 or 3 pieces of mutagenic gear will increase its proc damage amount. But if memory serves, it does not go beyond 100%.</p>

<p>Burst effect damage refers to Mutagenic Burst and effects that are similar such as the earring from Miragul's Planar Shard.</p>

<p>Frostburn and Mutagenic Burst are the only two "burst" damage effects I know of.  The maximum bonus to burst is 100%.</p>
