<p>We had a guild member who was having problems when she tried to access our guild hall. Our hall is in South Qeynos and has around 1050 items in it. On one of her PCs she would crash everytime that she either accessed the hall, including if it was the zone where she last logged out of of or where she was when she crashed. On her other PC she could access the hall with no problems.</p><p>Suspecting that this was a corrupted file on the one PC we had her login on the good PC exit the guild hall, log in on the PC with the problem and then enter a different guild hall. We picked on that didn't have many items placed but I'm not sure that matters. This worked so we had her exit the hall and re-enter ours and she got in fine.</p><p>We are guessing that one of the game cache files was corrupted and that logging into a different hall forced the game to rebuild that file from scratch, then logging into ours did the same thing. Maybe removing a couple of items from your hall may also rebuild guild hall files as well, we aren't sure.</p><p>Anyway this seemed to work for her, it may work for you if you are having problems.</p><p>Maybe SOE developement could put an option on the logon screen to force the character back to their city recall point so players can at least logon to the game if they are having issues with their guild hall?</p>
