crashing to desktop while trying to set alternate appearance in char select

<p>I have experienced this problem also.</p><p>It is for certain races only....it crashed for one and didn't for another (sorry forgot which is which).</p><p>I submitted bug report in game...</p>

<p>Be sure that you have downloaded all the bonus content as well...  You can do that from the launcher by going into preferences. </p>
