Today I purchased one of the new Marketplace mounts and am unable to see the mount once I have "summoned" it. This is the second "cosmetic-ish" item I have purchased from the Marketplace that will not show when equipped. I have checked to ensure that I do have illusion form showing, etc. All my other mounts show when summoned, as well as appearance armor, and so forth.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. It just may be something simple I am over looking.

Edit: So it would seem it may have something to do with the patcher not downloading. I have checked my firewall settings and it is being allowed through. The patch has been downloading for two weeks now and so far, has only downloaded a little over 2 gigs out of the 9 something, which should have taken only a few minutes to download the entire patch with my system.

Greetings,

If you leave the launcher up and don't start the game when the play button pops up, it should continue downloading game files. Otherwise, you can download all the game files up front by using the station launcher, available here:

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Makes sure al check boxes are selected then select Run Full Scan

Let the launcher scan the entire directory before you start the game. Note - this only works if you are using the full download launcher mentioned in a previous post

I finally got it to work by completely uninstalling the game and using the Station Launcher to reinstall/update the game. I tried numerous ways to get the game to update using the EQII Launcher, however I could not. After reinstalling the game, it would give me a download button and after clicking on it the downloading file would just loop, not downloading.

From what I've seen throughout these forums, the looping is not an isolated problem, nor are the problems with the EQII Launcher.
