another issue with launcher?

<p>I downloaded the most recent patch and everything worked fine, when i tried to get into game however, it just stopped at the message box *launching game*, i pulled up my window's list of running programs and the process just. ends. briefly says not responding, so i figured it was me, and i went into my system and pulled up everquest 2 within the file, i had to run as myself, i couldnt double click it or when i selected open, nothing happened, when i did get into the game and all the way past character select, i was zoning. i got a message. Error, cannot access crash logs, and was forced to quit. What's going on? Also i ran a full file scan and i dont have any corrupted files.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Are you using any type of firewall on that computer?  If so, it seems likely that the firewall is blocking one of the files used by the game.  Please open the exception list for your firewall and delete any entries that contain the words Everquest 2, EQ2, Launchpad, or Voiceservice.  Then rerun the patcher(right click an run as administrator if using Windows 7 or Vista).  Whenever prompted make sure to select 'allow'.  That should refresh the firewall entries and will correct the problem in most cases.  Let us know if the problem persists at that point.</p>

<p>Its still doing the same thing even with my firewalls turned off, and everquest 2 on the exception list, im also ON the administrator account.</p>

<p>I got the same problems. I can play before this patch. After patch done, I can't start the game, and I even don't reboot computer.  Game client will crush and pop a window, EQ2 Client Application already stop work. I use windows 7 64 bit.</p>
