View Full Version : odd issue going on with my game card??

<p>I am at my final 14th day of the free trial period, I am having fun so I decided to go to Best Buy and get a 30 prepaid card.</p><p>The problem is when I go to activate the card I get the following Error message:</p><p><strong>You are unable to consume this Activation Code due to the status of your account. Please contact Technical Support. </strong></p><p>My account appears to fine!?  If anyone can help me with this, or give some direction I would greatly appreciate it. </p><p>Thank you.</p><p>Vincetta</p>

<p>I started the account by buying Sentinel's Fate at Best Buy on the 6th of May, the same day I bought my new Laptop.  I wanted to try the game out because Im so sick of wow.  It was a nice change of pace.  I looked up the trouble shooting and all I could find was that people were using the wrong activation code, the one on the box instead of the one on the book or cd.  That didnt pertain to me.  Okay I will contact you guys via the phone than. </p>
