How do I make the forum gods smile upon me?

<p>I'd really like to use a custom avatar, and I seen in the sig faq that that is a privilege bestowed upon one by the forum gods so here I am, trying to find out how to make that happen.  <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/97ada74b88049a6d50a6ed40898a03d7.gif" border="0" /> Here's what I'd like to use (if that matters in any way).</p>

<p>I'd love to say that artwork is mine but I'm nowhere near that good an artist.  This smiley =)  is about as good as my artistic ability gets, lol.  I found a website with a signature creater so that you pick a background, text and text effects, images, etc and then it generates it all together for you so can download it.  The picture came from another website that has desktop wallpapers.  In game Jaylah is a very pink arasai, (wings, hair, eyes, even her skin) so I picked a pink fairy image.  If I could actually use these wonderful 3D programs I'd have made a fairy that looks more like in game Jaylah and put her in some kind of work clothes (pink ones!) and gave her a pink handled hammer. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
