Buying Fabled

<p>I could not find the merchant on test, but I had heard rumors that tehre was going to be a merchant to allow you to buy any fabled items that drop out of instances with some amount of Mark of Manaar tokens.  Is that true? I couldn't find the guy.</p>

<p>I hadn't heard that rumour, although I've seen people asking for it.  It seems rather early in the expansion for it to me, though.  It was a fair while before they implemented that vendor in TSO...</p>

<p>dont know where the NPC is off hand but it exists.220 marks for each item.</p>

<p>Hes asking about the Mark items, its the jewelry pieces out of the SF zones and they cost 220 Marks to buy them.  Points above...the black market npc, Moonfield, behind the other Mark merchants.</p>
