Bug or not?

<p>The patch notes said "<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Many throwing weapons have had agility brought up to be equal with strength.</span></strong>" How ever.. the Battle Bandolier is still 50 str, and 34 agi. Asking if it is a bug or not so I know if I am wasting my time and the people reading my bug reports or not.. lol</p><p>Also.. Why is there not a scout throwing weapon like the Brutallic Longbow? Swashbucklers have thrown attacks we can't use with a bow <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /></p>
