Okay I have tried sending the invite from several different computers and ISP's and it still says invite sent on my account. So the bonus xp associated with being grouped with them isn't working. The RaF account is setup and I can group with them but I get nothing for it. What am I doing wrong? The RaF was set up using the link from the invite.

Heya, I had the same issue....

Try creating another account. i had the same issue. you'll know it immediately upon grouping with your friend because you'll see "Go To" on the party bar. It sucks, but it seems to bug out - I had the same issue. Make sure you not only follow the link but check the navigation bar for "rewards.station.sony.com" as a refererr url (just make sure rewards is in the bar) when following the link. You might want to create the account with the link and then try following the link again to start the trial - that worked for me (I don't know why it would, but it did).

Yeah so that didn't work either. I am getting zero bonus xp. All the invites say one of two things: invitation sent or invitation expired.

A existing station account does not qualify, it has to be a new one

Believe the only way you will get it resolved is to contact CS during their normal business hours of Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM pacific (be sure to adjust for your time zone). They can be reached via the Search the Knowledge base in the upper right corner. If you get a message that it is down or unavailable you are outside of their normal hours

Sadly, the error your describing means that the account wasn't set up correctly with the invite and we don't have a way to manually link them once they are created. To receive the bonus XP you will need to set up a new account using the exact procedure listed below: 1. Go to www.station.com and click on “Join Free” in the top left corner of the webpage to create a new station name with no games on it. 2. Close that web page. 3. Now, go to the invitation email and scroll towards the bottom and click “Click Here to Start Your Adventure.” 4. On the web page that opens up click “Get Started Now!.” 5. On the next screen enter the Station Name and Password of the new account you created and click continue and you should be all set. 6. You can then go back to your invitations page and make sure it says Trying Game not Invitation Sent. Once it says Trying Game you will know they are properly attached and you can feel free to subscribe. That should create an account that is linked correctly. Let us know if you have any questions.
