My stepdad asked me to make this message. I'm copying the support ticket he made earlier into it.Hi there, I've sent an invitation to my other e-mail account for account ########## from the account ##########, this account.I set up the account so that I could create and keep track of an account for my 12 year old stepson to introduce him to EQ2 and see if he'd enjoy playing it.Today, I set up the account and while logged in on the ########## account, went in and clicked "convert to a paid subscriber" on the RAF area, choosing the basic subscription option and took the offer to pay $5 more to enable the account for up to TSO as well, creating a subscription through that area so that he could level with me 1-80 with all the content up to TSO.I then logged into my ########## account and checked the RAF status for that invitation, assuming it would show subscriber converted, gaining my account with the ########## station username the RAF station cash, mount, 1 month of time. It hasn't changed. I'm reading the forum posts that some people are complaining because of expansions and 60 days of free time on when their friend activates an account via the RAF process and it's very confusing. I saw that you have been the most involved TSR and person in authority commenting on those posts and attempting to ensure positive resolutions of these issues. With that in mind, could you help me out here? I was able to activate the account (station username ##########) with the cash I had in hand today, believing that converting my stepson's account would credit my main account (station username ##########) with 1 month of playtime and the RAF bonuses for recruiting. I'm distressed that it's not showing on the Recruit-A-Friend invitation page and I was led to believe converting to a paid subscriber on the RAF-invited account would add those bonuses. Well, I've converted to a paying subscriber on that account and I'd like you to look into this and fix it if need be. I'll put in tickets if necessary but I'd like you to look into this for me since I know you have had experiences with the Recruit A Friend invited accounts becoming a paid subscriber process.I received this reply after waiting for an agent for more than an hour and missed them. This is not acceptable. Please refund the money for the package or convert it to a subscription with the price difference toward the subscription. There is nothing in the text of the Recruit A Friend terms that states that the purchase of an expansion to subscribe negates the recruit a friend account linking. Also, when subscribing it is in the flow of subscription payment to pick the option of the expansion to subscribe. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and you've wasted more than my time but also tied up the only money I had to subscribe this account and get credit for my account and my stepson's account. I am very displeased that not only can you not manually link the accounts but now I've lost a level 20 character that my stepson is attached to. How am I going to explain this to him? As my fault? I think not. Fix the matter or refund the money and reset the account so that I can subscribe with it or remove the expansion and subscribe the account, linking the two accounts or find a supervisor and have him link the accounts because the TSR obviously couldn't by her statement. If you do any of the above or just send a reply, you'd better get on fixing the recruit a friend text so people understand that you're at fault for not having the system working.I'm sending this ticket on that account as well and until the money is back into my account or the recruit a friend account (station username ##########) is linked to the other account (station username ##########) I don't have ANY money to purchase a subscription on any account. I am thoroughly disgusted with this and the first reply I've received from support.

I've re-edited the question to make more sense - before it was a PM on the forums to a TSR as well as a live chat query, both of which led to no satisfying assistance. In the end, I'll need a refund or linked accounts to be satisfied with the money. In the end for complete satisfaction, you need to RAF link and subscribe another account and move my stepson's character to it to get me satisfaction to a level that , even then required a ton of hassle on our parts. Hi there, I've sent an invitation to my other e-mail account for account ########## from the account ##########. I received a reply after waiting for an agent for more than an hour and missed them. They said that I'd have to take care of it by creating another recruit a friend account with an invitation, then activate that account for another $15 and my expansion would be moved over to that account, but not the time. This is not acceptable. The account is active now, the due date for the next payment is in 30 days. I am thoroughly disgusted with this and the first reply I've received from Technical Support and feel it does not address my issue at all and I can't see spending another dime on this game at the moment. In fact, I don't even have money in my budget to do so and I expected this account to be activated as well as my other account with the credit from the recruit a friend process and I'm disappointed with the service I've received and the entire process. Apparently I'm not the only one who's had this issue and you need to make good by me and them by fixing the text in the recruit a friend by stating that the recruited account holder Absolutely 110% has to convert to a monthly subscription for $14.99 per month and can't buy an expansion to satisfy the subscribing part of the recruitment. You need to fix the text on the recruit a friend page and fix the issues that you've caused by neglecting this and how easy it is to pick that option in the subscription process on a recruit a friend account because your "squeeze marketing" in the flow of the subscription pages pretty much "makes" you pick the expansion option and it's extremely unsatisfying to see that the marketing and sales - "the increased sale conversion department" of the game is more important than the satisfaction of the players in something you promised them when signing up and signing their friends up with the recruit a friend program.

I've edited this to be easier to read/understand.
