Buffer not working

<p>I received SF for free along with the Collectors Mount, and both Digital Download + Retail armor sets from beta testing, and can enter Odus, But when I went to get my Ranger buffed on Test Copy it made me 80, gave me no items, and 1 AA.</p><p>Can somebody please tell me how to fix this? It's quite annoying and I shouldn't have to buy Sentinel's Fate if I already have it, and every item that comes with it.</p><p><img src="http://i39.tinypic.com/wjutfo.jpg" width="1599" height="952" /></p>

<p>Beta testing gets you access to whatever you are testing only so long as the testing lasts.  Once the expansion is live you have to purchase it to continue having access.  You don't get the expansion for free because you beta tested it.</p>
