<p>Which gives or has the better results +block, +parry, +defense, ect. What should I focus on for my bruiser?</p>

<p>I'd go for parry since more parries = more ripostes = more stoneskin procs.</p>

If you're raiding, block percent will at least raise your uncontested block by small amounts. Parry and defense are worthless. If you're just instancing, parry deflect and defense are all worthwhile.
