<p>Dirge here sorry but I don't have any attacks that do over 3100 unless it crits.   I have seen a few rare T4 equiped bards that seem to have half a dozen procs maxed and crit speced that may get a lucky 10k total ... but even a drunk naked predator can do that if not double to triple that.    Lando comes to mind as the unkillable super fabled t4 bard that out DPSs normal BG scouts.   but any assassin should be able to stun lock kill any bard 1 on 1 unless you let the bard have 10seconds to debuff you and then move in.</p><p>86 dirge my 2cents from the recieving end</p>
