<p>If you are still having this issue, log in an alt and type an in game /petition explaining the stuck character.  A GM should be able to zone your character out if it is stuck.  The only possibility that I can think of is a corruption in that characters .ini file.</p>

<p>What happens when you try to load the character?  The problem would be different depending on whether you crash to desktop or character select.  A crash to desktop usually indicates a corrupted UI file while a crash to character select would indicate a blocked port on your router.  Let us know which is happening if you're still experiencing this issue.</p>
