Bug with tradeskill tutorial

<p>Just found this - I dont know if it applies beyond qeynos however since my only toon started on the Isles, anyway...</p><p>If you take the "Tutorial : Learning to Harvest" quest, do it, then take the "Tutorial : Forging Ahead" without handing in the harvest quest first, you can no longer hand the harvest quest in despite the "quest complete" icon above his head.</p>
