<p>When i start the patcher it informs me that im missing 24.3 mb,</p><p>*1 it downloads for a bit (there no indication of download speed or amount, only % of completion) until it reaches 100% i can now press play, it then hangs for about 5 min and then tells me that I am missing 24.3 mb and starts downloading..go to *1.. this cycle continues forever..</p><p>I set up a little program to tell me whenever a new file i written to my harddisk and whenever one is deleted (thank you c# <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" />) it shows me that the patcher continously downloads and then deletes files in the EQ2 folder. It is always the same files that are being downloaded and deleted.</p><p>I have verified this by checking that my eq2 folder remains at roughly the same size throughout the patching (it downloads 2mb files and then deletes them)</p><p>a fix would be really nice since I have now run out of my free "play" time</p><p>it would be even nicer if i could get some more playtime, but don't worry im not keeping my hopes up..</p>

Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4.
