<p>what browser are you using and how are you getting to the selection?</p><p>If not a fully patch IE 7 or 8, try updating and check again, if you are using 7 or 8, try clearing the internet cookies, cache, etc</p>

<p>Does it do this if you select other plans? Also, have you already purchased a passport already this month? I believe the passport can only be used an account once per month.</p>

<p>I'm getting the same issue...still, on 3 different browsers. Also same issue as in other thread trying to go through Station access. Simply making settings defaulted and/or clearing history and cache does not work.</p><p>Has there been a work around yet? or am I SOL on patch day.</p><p>Thanks</p>
