Lavastorm changes? Loads missing now

<p>Are all the horses, travel options, bells, quest npc's, teleport pads, armour vendors, jeweler vendors, dock platform and start area "cave" room supposed to be removed from lavastorm?</p>

<p>There was a previous issue w shader 3.0 and some accounts not loading certain assets. My guess is you just couldnt see these items.</p>
