still cannot log in

<p>I can log into the forums and to my subscription information but not into the login server with this account.  I have two accounts but this one does not let me log into the login server for the game but lets me log into the forums and my subscription information.</p><p>Is anyone else having this problem and can anyone at Sony help?</p>

You can reach it by selecting the Search the Knowledge base in the upper right corner, then the chat tab. Thier hours are monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. make sure you adjust those times for your time zone. If you get the message it is unavailable or down for maintanence you are outside of the normal business hours.</p>
