My kingdom for commas

<p>Is it possible to display large numbers with commas? I mean for things like status point costs. I know its only minor but it would help somewhat to remove a bit of confusion when you're dealing with big numbers!</p>

If they add commas, they'll be expected to make it work for all regions too. So commas here, and period in most of Europe.
