Which TSO dungeons scale up to 90?

<p>Yesterday I went into Veksar: The Sunken Theatre and it was all green. So is it only the Commnonlands, Loping Plains, Lavastorm and Everfrost instances that scale up?</p>

<p>The only ones that scale, are the ones that scaled to begin with in TSO. So Moors and fens zones don't scale, rest do.</p>
