Lack of Round Sheilds again

<p>just looked on lootdb and didnt find any tier9 round shield though i know there is 1 crafted has anyone seen any others?</p>

<p>Once again we have another tier of armor (Champion) and the only type I see missing is ....yep the round shield and nothhing blue socket.  and SOE will not explain why they are baning upper lvl round shield</p>

<p>Well that explains why I couldn't find one last night when I was looking for it. I admit, I do prefer to be dual wield, but seriously, there are more than a few times that I need to pull out a board for survivability and there just aren't any good ones to be found. Please Sony, can we have a round shield.</p>

<p>What happens is, they manage to make roundshields useless and noone uses them much, then when itemising they look at item usage stats and go 'oh noone uses roundshields (and raiders dont ever use them which is the main personal/friends experience they have) so let not bother making any roundshields this time'</p><p>Rinse and repeat.</p><p>Look at 2 handers for melee. Noone uses them because there are no good ones so they think noone uses them and so never bother putting any good ones in.</p>

<p>As there are not any Battle Ground round shields (Wishing there was one hint hint)... What shields are you currently using in the 80-89 and 90 BG's?</p><p>I play on a PVE server and until I started playing on Battle Grounds rarely equipped one as I concentrated on more DPS. While I still prefer to play BG's with 2 weapons, it has become very handy to quickly swap over to the shield for that extra survivability. </p>
