View Full Version : Is there any way to force a "change leader"?

So a few times I've got into these Smuggler Den raids where the raid leader groups us into the worse possible set ups, almost seems like they want you to fail. Put all healers together, all tanks together, all scouts together, ect. Sure you can run with other people not in your group, but you'll be missing a lot of important buffs, will make it much harder to win.

In this example you can see I was unfortunate enough to be put in the same raid as Mckiness (who is also Spastik)... I was in the same raid force with them 3 matches in a row, and every time they got in first and got leader, and did nothing but go AFK and set our groups up to fail... I guess they are two/3/4 boxing and have better accounts on the other side, doubling thier odds.

Now for the 4th match I did after losing 3 in a row being grouped with Mckiness/Spastik I got the opportunity to be on the other team who gets to fight them... And as you can see, it makes all the difference in the world. They had almost an entire group for AFK people... Now I know I can petition these guys (and hope for something to be dealt with hours/days later), but is there anything you can do more immediate to like force them out of leader position? Need a /Vote_leader command

Good point. I run into this often and it's very frustrating. Please install a vote based system that will allow the raid or group(s) to select a new leader. Often we type or say in voice to relocate healers or whatever and many times there is zero response from the randomly chosen leader. In cases like this, the resulting effect could (and has been many times over) is loss for what could have been a potentially lethal raid force. Either that or make all buffs raid wide/ zone wide and allow healers to heal across the zone. LOL

You know what? /report

I hate people like this. They should be banned for one month of BG's. For two boxing or logging in to collect a free token and going afk. There should be a damage or heal cap that one must reach in order to obtain a win on the match.

I forsee a long debate about who wants the leadership and this wastes valuable time. It should be a right click on the name option to vote a leader out of that position. Then it automatically selects a new leader. Perhaps half the raid force needs to select this option for it to be active? In klak this really isnt needed. Just Danak and Smugglers would benefit from a /vote_fireleader option. It is such an awsome idea tho. I hope a dev reads this thread.

The screenshotted raid leader should have their BG privilages revoked, permanently.

That is unbelievable. I have never been in a BG where someone did that but if I was I'd be furious.

This guy deserves a permanent ban for every single one of his accounts.

The side he cares to win, he makes the other side lose instead. People said he feeds them info on where we're at at all times, and screws the group setups. The one time I got into his winning group it was the biggest landslide I had ever been in, it was quiet fun though when your not on the losing side

He'd have to have wicked fast computers to get picked leader even 50% of the time
