Will the lower tiers be more balanced?

<p>I'm just wondering whether I am the only one looking forward to trying the lower tier BG's? I am enjoying BG now but watching the parse I see as many raid level procs damaging me as player skills. It's aggrevating knowing I was killed by gear and not necessarily player skill. I just can't know whether I could beat him or not if he didn't have that gear. I feel tier 7 will be excellent. I think gear will be important but AA and skill will be more vital to excel. Raid gear still will do higher dps in tier 7 but it's mainly in higher dps weapons and accessories that require some actual skill to use. Not like the dumbfire procs I see so much of now.Please don't get me wrong. I am not QQ about raid gear. If I could get it I wouldn't hesitate to use it. I still have more kills than deaths. And I've killed my share of raid geared players. But I have been killed plenty by these procs. And I would rather know it was a better player that beat me not just better gear. Since I can't get the gear I am wondering if things will be more balanced at lower tiers. I look forward to trying a twinked out ranger in there. And yes I have 2 rangers ;POh please tell me it's not possible to mentor to lower tiers and bring these effects to lower tiers.</p>

<p>Unless "Brute Force" is some uber proc I'm not aware of and can't get, I hope you're right.Ofcourse now I have to get my other ranger a lot more AA.</p>

<p>I'm looking forward to it but I think T8 (70-79) is where the fun is going to be.  ...or the action could be in T4.  It's relatively cheap to twink an alt.  A lot of classes are missing their core abilities.  And if you're earning the same tokens as you do at the high end of the scale.... well, you might be seeing the lower lvl chars be the farmers for their higher lvl chars. </p><p>I hope that's not going to be the mechanic though.  At those lower levels, the classes are a bit more cookie cutter.</p>

<p>Well because BG scales down I think of 70 to 79 as tier 7 while 80 to 89 is tier 8 and level 90 is tier 9. But we're in agreement. 70 to 79 should be fun.</p>

<p>I would expect that outside of level 90, lvl 40-49 would be the most popular followed by lvl 70-79.</p>

<p>Will they ever make round shield for any  shard mark or token armor sets   my sword and board really helps as a dirge in battlegrounds but there are no upgrades</p>
