Righteousness line broken now?

<p>Up until today the Righteousness line was an AoE taunt and now it is a single target taunt...</p><p>Is this happening with anyone else?</p>

<p>It also no longer lowers Divine resists but arcane? we dont even have spells/CA that even do arcane dmg heh..</p>

<p>It is still an encounter taunt... encounter = single group AKA Linked mobs.</p><p>As it always has been.</p><p>If you pull a room full of single mobs its only going to work on the one mob you are targeting.</p><p>If you pull a group of up to 8 linked mobs it will work on all of them.</p>
