Preface: My system is running XP x64, with an NVidia GTX260, running 197.13 drivers.

Shader 3.0: Within a minute I will have an effect described by someone else here, where Freeport pretty much disappears. So does my character. All I see in North Freeport is the ocean, some grass, mountains in the background and a lot of space that looks like 'dreamland'. Inside my house, I either see that or pitch black, with light sources showing up as balls of light, but not illuminating further than that.

If I switch back to Shader 1.0, everything is back to normal and happy again.

Procs: With the addition of Wildfire II on my mage's T3 helm, and having the Wildfire II on a wrist (Razor-Maw Bangle of Blood), I expected that there would be stacking - there would be a change to the proc rate and/or damage done by the effect. No such thing occurs. The proc is still the same, regardless of having one or both items equipped. Is this working as intended? Are player being encouraged to have as diverse a set of procs as possible, otherwise not see any benefit from having more than one of a particular effect?

The prior tier "Bane" type effects where multiple items simply modified the effect was a NERF.
