In game problem: Can't transfer LORE HEIRLOOM item?

<p>So I claimed a "Warrior of Chaos" statue, which is listed as "1 per character", on one of my toons.  I wanted to get one on a different character, but when I try to claim it I get a message of "You can't consume that item".  So the next step, I'll run to the first character's house and pick it up.</p><p>Well, it's LORE so I can't mail it or use the shared bank.  It's heirloom, so I can't use a guild bank...and it wont let me claim "1 per character" or pick it up on the second character (yes, I am a trustee in the house).</p><p>What can I do?  Or am I hosed?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>With heirloom items you just need to put them in the shared bank and you'll be able to pick it up on another character.  Let us know if you have trouble trading the item in that way.</p>

<p>Yah, Lore Heirloom is a weird one since it can't go into the shared bank. THey need totake the heirloom tag off.  But, the fact you can only claim once is a bug. Do a /petition and the GM's will reset your /claim, letting you get the item on all your toons.</p>

Sit on it till the next GU as it looks like lore items will be able to go in the shared bank after that.
