Crit Mit Uncapped

<p>Thank you for going ahead and doing this. I think in the long run it will allow for smoother and better progression, and would even allow for not raising the level cap (please god no more level increases!).</p><p>That being said, now that it is done can we increase the crit mit on the top level gear beyond what it was in TSO? BP and Legs still have 20 crit mit like they did last expansion. That could use a slight boost (maybe 22 for t2 and 25 for t3).</p>
