I have looked at several sites and areas for clarification on how to build my Inquisitor.

I played the character to level 54 and have gained 66 Advancement Points. I am going to be soloing up as a Battle Cleric. I am trying to slot all those points now and I am confused as to where to place them. Even though I played before, I cannot remember for to talent correctly. I did look at the post at the top pf the forums and I am not sure what 5-5-0-8-3 means.

Most guides say place one point in Yalp and twenty-one points until you hit reach Battle Cleric. The problem is that one point in Yalp is in the Cleric tab, and the Battle Cleric talent is in the Inquisitor tab.

So what do I fill in the Inquisitor tab to get to Battle Cleric? I think I used to go Invocation Strike and then Litany Strike, but that is all that I can recall.

What about character traits? I read that Strength, Wisdom and Agility are priority, but which do I choose at what level?

I apologize for asking a newbie question here, but I am still having WoW flashbacks and I am seeing a therapist for it. Any basic advise or links to clear guides would be great.

You have to fill the "Battle" line. If you examine your Battle Cleric AA, it says you need 20 points in the "Battle" line to get it; so put 20 points in the battle line, 5 in each of the first 4 Spell->CA conversions

Then make sure you get yalup, auto-atk multiplier and crit chance from the middle-stamina line in Cleric tree, and double attack+blocking from Agility line in Cleric tree

and in general Stamina 4-10-10 means you put 4 points into the first stamina line ability in the Cleric tree (Hammer Divine Smite), 10 points in the second (Severe Judgement), and 10 points in the third (Inspired Renewal).

As for agility and strength, they are not very important, wisdom is your primary stat. Strength increases how much you carry, so its worthless; agility increases avoidance, so it helps, but wisdom increases power, damage, and resists for priests

Thank you for taking the time to explain some of this. It's embarassing to be "out of the loop" for so long and forget how to play. The struggle I am having right now is whether to start over from scratch, or to continue with my level 54 Inquisitor. Starting over would allow me to experience it alll over again (was in a rush in the old days). I have nothing but time to enjoy my hobby, so I am considering a fresh start.

No real reason to start over. If you want to visit the old zones again, and get the AA from the names in those areas, visit the Chronomage. Assuming you're in Freeport, go to the EFP inn by the dock, out on the back porch. Talk to the Chronomage who will set your level in increments of 5 to whatever you are after.

When you are done chronomentoring, just /unmentor or right click your name and select Stop Mentoring.
